Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing and carrier delays outside our control.

 

Where we ship: We ship to the United States and to most international destinations. Prices are shown in USD.

 

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, please contact us and we will investigate.

 

Multiple items: Orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each.

 

Duties and taxes: For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

Lost or delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
